Where do you ship to?


We are shipping worlwide. Shipping terms & fees may vary depending on recipient country.




I received a wrong or damaged product, what should I do?


Please contact us immediately after receiving the goods at info@luxaces.com. We will take care of your request and assist you as quickly as possible.




How long does it take for my order to be delivered?


  • Germany: 1-3 business days
  • EU: 3-6 business days
  • International: 5-10 business days




Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?


As a customer you are responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable). If you are ordering from a country inside the European Union you do not have to pay import duties & taxes.




How much are the shipping costs?


  • Germany: 4,95 € , free shipping for orders over 89,00 €
  • International: Shipping fees may vary depending on recipient country. Please check our Shipping & Returns page for detailed information. Free international shipping for orders over 129,00 €




How can I track my order?


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. (Once your order is shipped we will send you a confirmation email. You can reply to that email requesting your order’s tracking number. You can then use the number to track your order by entering it on the shipping company’s website (below).)





Returns

What should I do if I want to return an item?


  • We accept returns within 14 days after you received your order
  • To return an item, please follow the steps stated below:
  1. Print the withdrawal form: Download here
  2. Fill out the form by entering all information
  3. Send the filled out withdrawal form back to: info@luxaces.com
  4. Send the returning product to:

How does the refund process work?


The refund process starts once your return is received at our warehouse. Our team will then inspect the returning product and we will send you an email to notify you about the approval and the processing of you refund. Within a certain amount of days, the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
